It attaches simply to the bars with the supplied straps and foam spacers, plus a bungee tether at the base. It also has a built in hip or shoulder strap for use off the bike, so you can quickly remove the bag and sling it over your shoulder (optionally stabilised with supplied removable sternum strap) or perch it jauntily ‘pon your hip for that off-bike sass. It works great as an extra wearable bag when touring or bike packing, or you can eschew the bike entirely and just wear it for the love of fashion.
