I wanted to design this bag to be as good off-bike as it is on-bike. It’s a massive tote / shopping / day / beach / whatever bag, with the added bonus of locking into a Manivelle basket super securely.
It secures to the basket with two side straps and two top straps which can be completely packed away when not in use, allowing you to cram it as full as you want, and still strap it in. Super wide and adjustable shoulder straps keep it comfortable for most humans of most sizes and the majority of shapes. A drawstring at the top lets you cinch it in a bit to keep your load secure, and a white floating liner for visibility gives a degree of water resistance. There’s a couple of internal drop pockets to keep a degree of order going on in that unholy cavern; plus a big drop pocket and zipper pocket on the front, and a slimmer drop pocket on the rear to keep your gear in order.
